The Eiffel Tour never gets old! Wow! After a very long and treacherous journey to get to Paris I finally made it. Exhaustion has officially set in. I ate dinner at a wonderful pizza and pasta place down the street called Amalfi’s. A Romanian guy owns it and loves Americans. The food was absolutely amazing! I got a Hawaiian Pizza. My fav! After dinner we met up as a group again to visit the Eiffel Tower. Our hotel is only blocks away. What a luxury. It was around ten p.m. when we got the Eiffel Tour and on the way it was exciting to get glimpses of it. The city seemed to be wide awake. So you know when you have high expectations of how amazing something is going to be and then you are disappointed when you finally get to see it? Well that's what I was expecting to happen, but it didn't! The Eiffel Tour is breath takingly beautiful. It would never get old seeing it. When the Eiffel Tour was first built the people hated it. They thought it was ugly. It is definitely different from the other architecture, but I absolutely love it!!! I enjoyed laying on the lawn soaking it all in. What a perfect ending to a hard day.
